Located at the highest point of the ancient village of Mougins, the École de Cuisine created by Roger Vergé in a former olive oil mill is now a restaurant with superb panoramic views over the surrounding landscape.
Led by bilingual chef Denis Fétisson, the cookery course programme follows the seasons to benefit fully from the fresh flavours and scents of the South of France. Your introduction to gourmet cooking is as uncomplicated as it is entertaining. Shortcuts, useful hints and special techniques are all explained in the kitchen, for groups of between 6 and 12 people.
Each themed session lasts approximately 2½ hours and ends with a tasting.
